Other than in specific circumstances, coaching and mentoring will be online. You will receive all the details of how to log in to the call with our coaching agreement. No matter where you are based in the world, I can be your coach.

The first call, or strategy call, is for 30 minutes and is free of charge. It's an opportunity for you to meet me and for me to understand what you are wanting to achieve from coaching/mentoring.

Coaching - I will enable you to find your own answers and solutions and support you to overcome obstacles. Mentoring - I will offer you the benefit of my experience by giving advice and guidance. 

We will review your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing at every session and find ways for you to improve it. I believe that enhanced wellbeing is essential to ensure sustained success in any area of our lives.
